At lunch my boss walked purposefully to my desk and loudly declared “Cheryl, the Parliament has been dissolved!”
I looked up from my notebook screen and rapidly pondered on an appropriate response.
From the blank expression in my eyes he knew I could not make any meaning of what he just said.
Drawing a deep frustrate breath, he then exclaimed, “There’s going to be an election-LAH!”
